  • Blueberries
  • Acai berry powder
  • Raw Honey
  • Kale
  • Banana
  • Pear
  • Protein Powder
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Water

Blend Hemp Seeds with water for about 30 seconds to make a base for your smoothie, add the remaining ingredients and blend once again.  Enjoy!
