Cooking With Tea
Linda Gaylard, certified Tea Sommelier of The Tea Stylist demonstrates that cooking with tea is fun and simple. In this segment she shows us how to make Matcha Popcorn, a delicious and easy to make popcorn topping recipe using green matcha tea.
1/2 tsp matcha tea
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp soya sauce
3 tbsp melted unsalted butter
1/4 cup popped popcorn
Whisk the ingredients for about 10 seconds and add to your popcorn and enjoy!
Linda Gaylard is a Certified Tea Sommelier located in the city of Toronto, Canada.
