Party Hors d’Oeuvres
Matthew of Matthew Wax Catering shares his recipe and presentation secrets cucumber cup party hors d’oeuvres.
First he mixes these ingredients:
1 Cup of diced tuna
½ A green onion
2 Tsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Sweet chili sauce
2 Tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
1 Avocado cubed
Then he dices a small cucumber and scoops out the inside with a melon baller creating a perfect little bowl. Each cup is filled with the sweet chili tuna and avocado mixture.
