Gluten Free Breaded Chicken Cutlets
Food enthusiast Andrea Kolber demonstrates how to to make delicious gluten free breaded chicken cutlets.
The ingredients required for this dish are:
- 4-6 chicken cutlets
- 1/3 cup gluten free flour
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup gluten free breadcrumbs (see gluten free breadcrumb video)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp italian seasoning (optional)
- Oil for frying
Put the breadcrumbs in one plate, the egg and milk in another, and the flour in a third plate. Add the italian seasoning to the breadcrumbs, Add some salt and pepper to the egg wash and flour dishes. Make sure the ingredients are well mixed in each plate. Dredge your cutlet into the flour first, then the egg wash and finish dredging with the breadcrumbs. Add the breaded cutlets to a frying pan liberally coated with oil at medium heat and fry on each side for 3-4 minutes.
