Homemade Gluten Free Meatballs

Gluten Free Meatballs

Food enthusiast Andrea Kolber demonstrates how to make delicious home-made Gluten free meatballs.


  • 1 pound medium ground beef
  • 1 pound ground veal
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 cup gluten free breadcrumbs (see gluten free breadcrumb video)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 grated yellow onion
  • 1-2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs italian seasoning spice mix
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 bunch chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp each of salt and black pepper
  • 4 cups of tomato sauce (marinara) home-made or store-bought

Mix milk and breadcrumb and let sit for a few minutes, add egg, onion, seasoning, oil and stir.  Next add all ground meat,  grated cheese and parsley and then mix all the ingredients well.  Roll meat mixture into small balls and add to an oiled skillet heated at medium to medium-high until browned on all sides.  Add meatballs to marinara sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.  Plate and enjoy!
