How To Make Roasted Acorn Squash

Marni Wasserman of Marni Wasserman’s Food and Lifestyle Shop demonstrates how to make a Roasted Acorn Squash with a Maple Coconut Glaze


  • 1 Acorn Squash
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 6 tbsp Maple Sugar or 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch Sea Salt

Half and de-seed the squash.  Put the squash face down on a bake tray and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until it is half done.  Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the Squash face up and return to oven for 20 minutes more.  Enjoy!
