Green Tea is very light and therefore goes well with light pairings like fruit such as melon and lychee or a light cheese such as goat cheese. Oolong Tea has an earthier taste and therefore you would pair it with similarly earthy foods such a sauteed mushrooms or a nice Gouda or Toscano cheese or a dark chocolate. Black tea has the strongest, most brisk flavour and holds up well with creamy and spicy foods such a creamy cheeses or foods with ginger. Try pairing your tea with your favourite foods until you find the combinations you love!
