Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

This vegan, healthy mint chocolate chip smoothie prepared by holistic nutritionists, Michelle Kopman is both delicious and nutritious. It tastes and looks like an authentic milk shake but is dairy and sugar free.

To make this smoothie you will need the following:

  • Bananas
  • Spirulina
  • Dates
  • Fresh mint
  • Cacao nibs
  • Maca

Michelle Kopman is both a Holistic Nutritionist and the Co Founder of RawFoodz, Inc.  RawFoodz launched in October of 2010 the seed of an idea. Michelle and her sister-in-law, Sher Kopman, both try to get their kids to make healthy food choices, and have shared their healthy recipes with each other over the years. The products are also Kosher certified, nut free and gluten free.   Expansion of the product line will continue both its offering and North American distribution.
