Protein Pineapple Banana Smoothie
Michelle Cass from RawFoodz is here to shows us how to make a protein rich pineapple banana smoothie. The smoothie is delicious and contains Pineapple which is an amazing food that contains bromelain; natures anti-inflammatory.
- Sprouted Brown rice protein powder
- Hemp seeds
Throw chunks of Pineapple into the mixer (Frozen pineapple can be used to make the smoothie cold), a peeled organic banana,. some sprouted Brown rice protein powder (you may use a flavor of your choice) and also Hemp seeds which are rich in omega. Finally add some maca, a Peruvian root which helps in balancing the hormones in our body, pour filtered water and blend them well. There is no need to add sugar.
