Quick And Easy Power Oatmeal


Power Oatmeal

Justine Keyserlingk, Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutritionist, shows how to make a delicious, high energy Power Oatmeal which is quick and easy to make.  This Oatmeal contains fibre, protein and slow digesting carbohydrates, which are the 3 main keys to a healthy breakfast!  The ingredients you will need:

  • 1 cup Organic Oats
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut or Almond Butter
  • 1 Banana
  • Pinch of Cinnamon

Add the Oats and Water to a pot and cook at low heat until all water is absorbed.  Add peanut butter and mix well, slice the banana over the top and sprinkle the cinnamon over the top.  Yields two servings.  Enjoy!
