Marina Cortese, Registered Holisitic Nutritionist, demonstrates how to make her “Yummy Mummy Pregnancy Smoothie” which is easy to digest if your battling nausea and full of nutrients such as Iron and B12, for you and your growing baby.
Here is what you need to make this delicious smoothie:
-1 cup plain Organic Yogurt
-1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
-2 tsp Blackstrap Molasses
-2 tsp Nutritional Yeast
-2 tbs Hemp seeds
-1 tbs Pure Maple Syrup
-1/2 tsp liquid kelp
Mix all ingredients in a blender, and pour into glass and enjoy!
