Quick Healthy Brussel Sprouts

Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer Justine Keyserlingk of Just Get Fit demonstrates how to make a delicious Brussel Sprouts recipe that is quick, healthy and easy to make.

  • 10 heads of Brussel Sprouts
  • 1-2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1-2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1-2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Remove the base of the rinsed brussel sprouts and then start removing the leaves and laying them in a shallow pan.  Discard the stems and hearts.  Add oil, vinegar, garlic powder and salt and pepper and mix the ingredients together so the brussel sprouts are well coated.  Add to oven preheated to 375 degrees and bake for approximately 8-10 minutes.
