She is Iyengar inspired and teaches Hatha Yoga.  In this segment Sam demonstrates the Revolved Triangle Pose – Parivrtta Trikonasana.  The revolved triangle is a standing pose great for stabilizing the hips, stretching and strengthening the quadriceps, twisting in the abdomen; massaging the internal organs and aiding in digestion.  You can use the wall to balance yourself and you should use a block to complete the pose.
