Johnny Mangafas is a body worker with over twelve years experience. He blends many modalities that he has learned throughout the years in order to assist his clients to the greatest of his abilities. Johnny is currently studying Structural Integration (known to some as Rolfing), which is typically used often along with fascia therapy, deep tissue and Swedish massage. Johnny finds pleasure in helping his clients rediscover movement and balance after years of stagnation. Awareness and education are the key components necessary to retrain the body for use in its full capacity.
