Sex Therapy – Talk Feel Listen

Sex Therapist Sandra Rotholc explains her mantra “Talk, Feel, Listen.”  We need to be creative with our partner and that means possibly taking emotional risks, but these risks can be so rewarding in the long term.

Talk – verbalizing your needs and becoming comfortable talking to your partner

Feel – paying attention to our mind and body, recognizing cues an symptoms and becoming aware of what comforts us

Listen – Are we really listening to our partner?  It takes work and effort to really listen to eachother
