Dimitri Giankoulas, owner of Pure Motivation Fitness discusses ‘Somatotype Training’ which categorizes people’s body in to 3 types.  By identifying your body type, you can begin to structure an appropriate fitness and diet regime to maximize results.

Endomorphic Body Type– Shorter, stockier build and puts weight on easily due to slow metabolism.

Mesomorphic Body Type – Medium body type with larger bone joints, puts muscle on easily and medium metabolism, usually has a naturally athletic physique.

Ectomorphic Body Type– Taller, lankier body type with high metabolism, difficulty putting on weight and muscle.
