Spirulized Salad – Make A Salad Using A Spirulizer


Spirulized Salad

Marni Wasserman of Marni Wassermans Food Studio and Lifestyle Shop demonstrates how to make a very simple spirulized salad.

Salad Ingredients

  • 1/2 Chopped Cabbage
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Red beet
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Apple

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Coconut Comfort Nectar
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan Rock Salt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Using the Spirulizer, shred the zucchini, carrot, beet and apple using different settings and add to chopped cabbage.  Add the dressing over the salad and mix well.  Let marinate approximately 15 minutes. Enjoy!
