Charcoal for Barbecuing

Different charcoals are made from different types of hardwoods or blends of woods, the prime differences being burn temperatures of the charcoals. You may want a slower burning charcoal when cooking chicken but a faster burning charcoal when cooking steaks, hence it is difficult to determine what kind of charcoal is the best because it’s up to your own personal taste!
