Michelle Kopman is both a Holistic Nutritionist and the Co Founder of RawFoodz, Inc.  RawFoodz launched in October of 2010 the seed of an idea. Michelle and her sister-in-law, Sher Kopman, both try to get their kids to make healthy food choices, and have shared their healthy recipes with each other over the years. They came up with the idea to create a raw, organic vegan salad dressing product line when people just couldn’t get enough of Michelle’s healthy salad dressing concoctions.

Their idea was to take comfort foods that people enjoy, but may be avoiding due to issues with the ingredients, and make them with high power super foods containing antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids.  People expect not to like them as they are raw, vegan, organic and natural dressings with ingredients like chia seeds and goji berries. But they are always pleasantly surprised.

RawFoodz launched with a small line of organic, raw, vegan salad dressings and is now in 40 health food stores and growing. The products are also Kosher certified, nut free and gluten free.   Expansion of the product line will continue both its offering and North American distribution. The RawFoodz products are available from a wide variety of stores listed on the company store page, including major stores like Sobeys and Loblaws, as well as gourmet and health food stores. The products are also available individually online at Upaya Naturals, or by the case from the Rawfoodz.
